Applying is free. Fees on orders are set out in the vendor partner terms, which you can read in full before you accept them.
What documents do I need?
Usually a national ID for the owner, a KRA PIN and a business permit. Food businesses also need a food handling permit. The application shows exactly what your store type needs.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews every application and tells you by SMS and email if anything is missing, so you can fix it and resubmit quickly.
Who delivers the orders?
Havey drivers. They are verified before they can deliver, collect sealed orders from your counter and take them to the customer.
Can my staff use Havey Business?
